Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality custom apparel and exceptional service to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Since all products are made-to-order based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom items once the order has been confirmed. This includes all personalized designs, custom sizes, and color choices.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment if production has not yet begun. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, as the custom production process will have started. Once production has begun, we cannot offer a refund, even if the order is not completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or repair of the damaged product. In some cases, we may request photos of the defective items to process your request.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly so we can arrange for a replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. However, if the error is caused by incorrect information provided by you, we are unable to offer a refund.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is accepted in exceptional circumstances, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
